Summary: Justin Chen's Culinary Experience Enhancement Project aims to address the lack of diverse spices in Western markets, reduce food waste, and improve ethical standards in the spice industry. ​ By selling smaller quantities of spices and sharing the stories behind them, the project seeks to offer authentic culinary experiences while supporting spice-producing communities. ​ Targeting a market valued at $200 million, the initiative focuses on consumers interested in trying new foods, primarily from the USA, Canada, and the UK. The business model emphasizes bulk purchasing for cost efficiency and a web interface for easy recipe discovery. ​ Key goals include launching new spices, expanding the product catalog, and generating initial sales within 12 months.
